Now that you have configured your stages and automations, let's discuss how to work your contacts and hopefully convert them from Leads into paying Customers.
Here is what the profile of a contact looks like in the pipeline. We'll break down each of these sections so you know where to find the information you need.
Contact Info: This will show name, email, phone number, status, when they were added, if they have any tags, and who is responsible for the lead from your team. If you have VOiP enabled for your account, you can click directly on their phone number to call them through the platform.
Inbox: On the right-hand side, you have a condensed version of the inbox where you can send the contact SMS, email, make phone calls, and leave notes on their account for later reference.
Below the contact info section you'll see a few different tabs. Here is what each of those is used for.
Profile: The profile section will display the data we receive from the integration or that has been added. This is a good place to review the history of their account so far for when you reach out to them.
Memberships: If the user already has some sort of membership purchased or added to their account, it will display here.
Activites: All user activity is listed here in chronological order. You can use the filters at the top of this section to see only certain activities. Some start of hidden but can be enabled like Sales Pipeline and Flow Activity.
Notes: Any notes you have left on this contact will display here. You can add tasks here as well.
Tasks: Any tasks that have been manually or automatically assigned will show here for this contact. You can add tasks here as well. More here.
Appointments: Gleantap has a built in Appointments feature you can read more about here. This will display any appointments set up for this contact.
