How can I send emails in the Inbox?

Step 1: Navigate to the Inbox tab from the sidebar.

Step 2: Once you have the Inbox opened, select a conversation and then switch the conversation type to Email.

Step 3: This is where you can compose an email directly to a contact by filling out the Subject Line and Message boxes.
