# Reviews

Now that you have started to solicit Reviews, you will see them all listed under the Reviews section of the Reputation module. Here is how to use this area to filter your reviews and respond as needed.&#x20;

Just like the dashboard, this area allows you to filter your Reviews and Feedback based on Channel, Sentiments, Date, Replies, and Location.&#x20;

To reply to a review (internal and external), simply click the blue 'reply' button and write out your response. If you have common responses to feedback, you can set those up as Saved Responses in settings.&#x20;
