How to set up notifications via email and Web in your Gleantap account

The final step to getting your account configured in Gleantap is to set up notifications so you can stay on top of what is happening in your account.

To set these up, navigate to Configure on the top-right of your screen and select 'Notifications.'

From here, you will see the following options for notifications you can enable. You can do so simply be enabling them with the button next to them or by adding your email address in the box below the notification title.

Keep in mind that each sub-user will need to turn on their own notifications, so unless you are putting in someone's email in the box below a notification, they will need to set up their own notifications when they sign in.

Here is what each notification corresponds with:

Web Notification on browser when you receive a message: Turn this on to get web notifications in your browser when you receive a new message in the inbox.

Instant Notification when you receive a message: This will send to the emails you added every time you get a new message. If you plan to receive a lot of incoming messages, we'd recommend using the Daily Digest option instead.

Filter out Keyword Responses: If you do turn on the above notification, I'd recommend selecting this option so you don't receive an email every time someone texts 'STOP' or 'YES.'

Daily Digest of all messages received: Instead of getting a notification as the messages come in, you can get a daily email with all of the messages you haven't checked yet.

New Task Assigned: Receive an email each time a task is assigned to you.

Task Due in 24 hours: Receive an email when an open task assigned to you is due in 24 hours.

Daily Task & Appointments Due: Instead of getting a notification for each task or appointment as they are assigned / coming due, you can get a daily email with them listed by turning this on.

Daily Summary of Activity: This will give you a daily summary of activity in your pipeline.

Weekly Digest of Activity: This will give you a weekly summary of activity in your pipeline.

Send Report after campaign is completed: This notification will send after a one-time email campaign is completed and send you the stats for the campaign. If you're worried about a campaign getting suspended, this is a good notification to turn on to make sure you don't miss anything.

Send Report after 24 hours after campaign is completed: This notification will send 24 hours after a one-time email campaign is completed and send you the stats for the campaign.

Monthly Campaign Reports: This notification will send a report of all of your ongoing campaigns from the previous month and how well they performed.

We highly recommend turning this on.

Add below emails as bcc to email campaigns: Any emails here will be BCC-ed on all outgoing email campaigns. This is a good way to monitor what is being sent from your account.

New Appointment Assigned: This notification will send you an email each time you are assigned an appointment within the account.

Appointment Due in 24 hours: This notification will send when you have an upcoming appointment in the next 24 hours.

Appointment Due in 1 hour: This notification will send when you have an upcoming appointment in the next 1 hour.
