# Public Calendar

Gleantap makes it easy to create a public calendar that allows you to create your meeting types, list your availability, connect your calendar - this software will assure you aren’t double booked!

Step 1: Open your settings by clicking your initials at the top right of your screen, then ‘Settings’.

Step 2: Click ‘Calendar’ on the left menu.

Step 3: Click ‘Create Meeting’ at the bottom right. This is where you will create a meeting for each type you will offer. Fill out the details and click ‘Save’.

Once you’ve created each meeting, you’ll see them on the ‘Calendar’ page.

Step 4: For members and prospects to schedule a meeting, you can use the ‘Meeting Link’ button. There are several ways to use this link, such as on your website, in Email or SMS Campaigns, a form, etc.

Once the person chooses their date and time, they’ll move to step 2.&#x20;

After this is submitted, you will be alerted and if your personal calendars are synced, the meeting will appear there as well.&#x20;
