In order to use the Scorecard feature, you'll want to go to your home page where you workrooms are laid out and click on the top right where it says 'Scorecard.'
Scorecards are a great way to run reports on your account, especially if you have multiple locations using separate workrooms.
Here are just a few examples of how Scorecards can be used - and then in the subsequent articles we will show you how to set these up.
Account Health Scorecard
One of our basic Scorecards that we put together for clients is the ability to see how well their marketing and retention efforts are working. Here is what that looks like
Items such as Churn Rate, Growth Rate, Leads to Won %, and so many others can be invaluable information to have to understand what is working and what is not.
Lead Source Scorecard
One common use case for Scorecards is to see, by location, where leads are coming from.
Rather than having to compile this data for each location individually and then add them together, you can run a report across all locations from the Scorecard area.
Age / Gender Breakdown Scorecard
Another way to use Scorecards to get an idea of who your customers are is to run a breakdown based on Age and Gender. This can be helpful for deciding how to reach these customers
Analyzing data like this can be helpful when planning out your messaging. Understanding your target audience and the results of your marketing is why Scorecards are so valuable as a tool.
