📫Assigning Conversations

Team members can be assigned conversations based on their expertise or specialization. This ensures that customers receive the most relevant and accurate responses while also ensuring that no conversation slips through the cracks.
Step 1: Navigate to the Inbox tab from the sidebar.
Step 2: Once you have the Inbox opened, click on a conversation.
Step 3: Up at the top of the conversation window, click on the 'Assign' button. Select a team member from the 'People' section of the dropdown.
