How do I get Appointment notifications?
To control your appointment notifications, Configure > Notifications and turn on the notifications relating to new appointments. The person responsible will receive a notification in their email inbox.
Notifications can be set up so responsible users are alerted when new appointments are made, the appointment is in 24 hours, and when the appointment is in 1 hour.
Email address updates can be made by clicking the initials at the top-right of your screen and clicking 'Settings' from the drop-down menu. Select 'Sub Users' from the left tab, then click on the pencil to the right of the sub user's name to make any necessary adjustments.
