## How do I get Appointment notifications?

To control your appointment notifications, **Configure > Notifications** and turn on the notifications relating to new appointments. The person responsible will receive a notification in their email inbox.&#x20;

Notifications can be set up so responsible users are alerted when new appointments are made, the appointment is in 24 hours, and when the appointment is in 1 hour.

Email address updates can be made by clicking the initials at the top-right of your screen and clicking 'Settings' from the drop-down menu. Select 'Sub Users' from the left tab, then click on the pencil to the right of the sub user's name to make any necessary adjustments.&#x20;
