# Auto-closing Conversations

**Step 1:** Navigate to the Inbox tab from the sidebar.

**Step 2:** Once you have the Inbox opened, click on the gear icon found in the 'Conversation' section of the Inbox menu.

**Step 3:** In the pop-up that appears, toggle on the option to auto-close conversations and indicate after how long. Click save.
