📫Auto-closing Conversations

Step 1: Navigate to the Inbox tab from the sidebar.

Step 2: Once you have the Inbox opened, click on the gear icon found in the 'Conversation' section of the Inbox menu.

Step 3: In the pop-up that appears, toggle on the option to auto-close conversations and indicate after how long. Click save.
