# Appointments Overview

On the left-hand menu, below Pipeline in the Sales section, you will find an area to create and manage appointments as they are assigned to your team.&#x20;

In this article, we'll show you a brief overview of this page and how you can use it to keep track of your clients' and teams' appointments.

### Creating an Appointment

The first thing we'll cover is how to create a new appointment.&#x20;

Click on the green + button on the top right to open the below screen. Enter the title, date, start and end time, contact, team member responsible, appointmemt type, and any notes, then click '+ Save.'

You will now be able to see your newly created appointment, and all others, in the appointments area.&#x20;

You can also view your appointments in Calendar View by switching the toggle to 'Calendar View' in the top right beneath the green +.&#x20;

### Filtering

Appointments can be filtered a few different ways.&#x20;

**Time frame**: all, today, or this week

#### **Status and Responsible**&#x20;

**Step 1**: Click the 3 lines to the right of the time frame filter, a window will open up on the right side

**Step 2**: Click 'Status' and make your selection.

**Step 3**: Click 'Responsible' and make your selection.

**Step 4**: Click 'Apply' on the bottom and the appointments that fall within those filters will remain on the list / calendar.

#### Calendar View

**Step 1**: Switch the toggle to 'Calendar View.'

**Step 2**: Click the 'Appointment View' drop down menu on the top-right.

**Step 3**: The menu will open up to choose from appointment types to view on your calendar.&#x20;
