Automating Tasks

How to auto-assign tasks for your clients (FYI: the Pipeline is required for this feature)

In order to auto-assign tasks for your clients. You will need to use the Pipeline feature in the sales segment.

Open the Pipeline. If you already have a pipeline created, you will need to add automation in the specific stage of the pipeline as per your requirement. You can do so by clicking on the three dots by the name of the stage, and clicking on the “Add Automation” option. The thunderbolt icon suggests that at least one automation has been added to that stage.

An automation menu will appear on the right of your screen.

You can select the pipeline, trigger and stage where you want this automation to work. Here is an example:

After filling in all the details, click on the green “+Add Action” button, and select “Add a task” in action type. You will be greeted with the menu where you can fill in the task details, i.e, name and description of the task, number of days in which it is due, task assignee, and task type.

After you are done, just click on the “Save” button, and you should be good to go!
