When a conversation is resolved, you'll be able to mark it as 'closed.' This action helps maintain a clear distinction between open and resolved matters, all while keeping your inbox orderly.

How to switch between Open and Closed conversations

Step 1: Navigate to the Inbox tab from the sidebar.

Step 2: Once you have the Inbox opened, click on the 'Open' or 'Closed' tabs found underneath the search bar and filter buttons.

How to close a conversation

Step 1: Navigate to the Inbox tab from the sidebar.

Step 2: Once you have the Inbox opened, click on a conversation.

Step 3: Up at the top of the conversation window, click on the gear icon. Select 'Close Conversation' from the dropdown.
