# Open & Closed Conversations

When a conversation is resolved, you'll be able to mark it as 'closed.' This action helps maintain a clear distinction between open and resolved matters, all while keeping your inbox orderly.

## **How to switch between Open and Closed conversations**

**Step 1:** Navigate to the Inbox tab from the sidebar.

**Step 2:** Once you have the Inbox opened, click on the 'Open' or 'Closed' tabs found underneath the search bar and filter buttons.

## How to close a conversation

**Step 1:** Navigate to the Inbox tab from the sidebar.

**Step 2:** Once you have the Inbox opened, click on a conversation.&#x20;

**Step 3:** Up at the top of the conversation window, click on the gear icon. Select 'Close Conversation' from the dropdown.
