# Ratings & Reviews

In a ratings and reviews report, you can see what customers are saying about your products or services. It compiles feedback, ratings, and comments to help you gauge customer satisfaction and identify areas for improvement in your business.

To view this report, navigate to the **Reports** tab from the menu and click on 'Ratings & Reviews.'
